These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets on grandeur.filmexpoindia.com/ and attendance at The Art Grandeur ("the Event"), organised by Exhobuzz Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "the Organiser"), presented parallel to Film Expo India. By purchasing a ticket or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Event
- The Art Grandeur is scheduled for 26 – 30 August 2026 at Hall No. 2, Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
- Event dates, timings, venue, exhibits, performances, and guest appearances are subject to change at the Organiser's discretion or due to circumstances beyond our control. Material changes will be communicated on this website and/or to your registered email.
2. Tickets
- Each Visitor Pass admits one person for one entry on any single day of the Event.
- Passes are priced at ₹500.00 inclusive of GST (see Pricing).
- Each pass carries a unique QR code. The QR code is valid for one scan only; duplicated, shared, or resold QR codes will be denied entry.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Unauthorised resale or commercial use of tickets is prohibited and voids the ticket without refund.
3. Entry Requirements
- Present your QR code (on phone or printout) together with a valid government-issued photo ID at the entry gate.
- Entry is subject to security screening and the rules of the venue (Bharat Mandapam / ITPO). Prohibited items as notified by the venue may not be brought inside.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for unlawful behaviour, intoxication, harassment, damage to artworks or property, or violation of these Terms or venue rules, without refund.
- Minors should be accompanied by an adult guardian.
4. Conduct Inside the Event
- Do not touch artworks, installations, or exhibits unless expressly permitted.
- Photography for personal use is generally permitted unless marked otherwise; commercial photography/videography requires the Organiser's prior written consent.
- Visitors are liable for any damage they cause to artworks, exhibits, or venue property.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment capture and issuance of a booking code.
6. Filming & Photography Notice
The Event may be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to the reasonable use of your likeness in event coverage and promotional material of The Art Grandeur and Film Expo India, without compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser's total liability in connection with your ticket or attendance is limited to the price paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Force Majeure
The Organiser is not liable for cancellation, delay, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government directives, strikes, or venue unavailability. In such cases, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Art Grandeur name, logo, designs, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to the Organiser and may not be reproduced without permission. Artworks displayed at the Event remain the property of their respective artists/owners.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Event.
