Digital Delivery Only
The Art Grandeur sells digital event tickets (e-tickets) only. No physical product is shipped, couriered, or delivered to your address, and therefore no shipping charges apply to any purchase made on this website.
How and When You Receive Your Ticket
- Instant on-screen confirmation: immediately after successful payment, your booking code(s) are displayed on the website along with links to view each pass.
- Email delivery: your e-ticket, including a unique QR code for each pass, is sent to the email address provided at checkout — typically within a few minutes of successful payment.
If Your Ticket Doesn't Arrive
- Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folders for an email from visitorsfilmexpoindia@gmail.com.
- Verify that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- If you still cannot locate it within 24 hours, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID or registered email and phone number — we will verify the payment and resend your ticket promptly.
Using Your E-Ticket
Present the QR code on your phone (or a printout, if you prefer) at the Hall No. 2 entry gate, Bharat Mandapam, along with a valid government-issued photo ID. No physical ticket is required for entry.
Delivery of e-tickets may occasionally be delayed by email-provider issues beyond our control. Rest assured, every successful payment is recorded against your details, and your entry can always be verified and honoured at the venue with proof of payment.
