Ticket Cancellations by You
All Visitor Passes for The Art Grandeur are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. Please review your booking details — date availability, number of passes, and your email address — carefully before completing payment. Bookings cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or transferred to another person after purchase.
Failed, Duplicate, or Erroneous Payments
If money was deducted from your account but you did not receive a booking confirmation, the transaction has most likely failed at the payment gateway. In such cases:
- The amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days as per standard banking timelines.
- If a payment was captured by us without a ticket being issued, or if you were charged twice for the same booking, we will refund the excess amount to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of verification.
To report such an issue, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID, transaction date, and registered email/phone number.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Organiser
- If The Art Grandeur is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the announcement.
- If the event is rescheduled or the venue is changed, your pass will remain valid for the revised date/venue. If you are unable to attend the revised schedule, you may request a full refund within 15 days of the rescheduling announcement.
- Refunds cover the ticket price only; we are not liable for any other costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).
Denied Entry
No refund is payable where entry is denied due to violation of venue rules, failure to produce a valid photo ID, arrival after gates close, an already-used QR code, or a ticket obtained through unauthorised resale.
How Refunds Are Processed
All eligible refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once initiated, the credit typically reflects in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
